Assisted reproduction with advancing paternal and maternal age: an Ethics Committee opinion.

Ethical considerations for developing policies regarding providing assisted reproductive care to individuals of advanced reproductive age are complex; considerations include both reproductive autonomy and the well-being of the potential offspring.
