Snorkeling in Hawaii (on the Big Island) was one of my favorite parts about my entire trip, and I love that analogy. I also love that I’m now remembering how vibrant! and amazing everything looked underwater.

Heh, never heard of the blanket game … must try that on my niece and nephews this Christmas. Sounds like fun. And, btw, good luck on The Journey. The nice thing about journeys is that they’re always changing. My current one is that whole “live in the moment and don’t worry about the future” thing. It’s what I need right now.

Love, love, LOVE – is there another word I can use that is better? Adore? Captivating? Surprisingly few verb synonyms to love

Anyway, this is one reason I grew to love yoga so much and so deeply – less is more. Simplify, simplify. America’s obsession with busyness and multitasking is counterproductive to true joyfulness and actual peace.

I can’t wait to hear what comes next.

I love Bird by Bird!

At one point, I was in your same situation. 3 dogs, however, can kind of put a crimp in your mobility, so, my advice (which you totally didn’t ask for, i realize) is to stay pet-free as well, so that you can go anywhere and do anything and live out all those dreams while you can!

I hope you can get there. Also, I was tortured by the blanket game at a party full of strangers new years 1999.It friggin traumatized me. And I am a TOUGH cookie.
